Diapers go on the bottom - not in the bottom

Mary-Gail pooped her pants yesterday and then wet her bed last night. All because "people" didn't put her diaper on right!

I noticed Mary-Gail's diaper a little sideways on her bottom yesterday at the NICU Follow-up Clinic and asked Tony if he put her diaper on right. Yes, he said, it just looked crooked because of her hot-pants. OK...

When we got home she was signing potty and we all chimed in and started grunting to encourage the potty. I changed her diaper to find that it WAS on sideways and the elastic part had crept into her little bottom. Poop on her pants, legs, etc. I didn't bother discussing this with Tony - he was sure he put her diaper on.

Then, last night Tony & I had a Date Night (yeah!) and the sitter put Mary-Gail's diaper "on," but at 3:30 this morning Mary-Gail had wet threw her PJ's and blanket. I changed her and noticed that, again, her diaper was in her bottom instead of covering her bottom. PEOPLE - how hard is it to put a diaper on???
