Neighborhood kids

The neighborhood kids come knocking on our door, "Can the twins play?" Rebecca & Mary-Gail are somewhat of "ring-leaders" in our cul-de-sac, and although they are only two years old, they manage to boss the 7, 6, 5, and 4 year olds around.
We just painted McKennen's finger's & toes so she could be like Rebecca
Playing "bumper bikes" in the garage

And there they go!
(McKennen wanted to go left, but Rebecca "instructed" her to go right instead. Little boss! :O)

Mary-Gail tenderly holding the teeny, tiny caterpillar we found
Mary-Gail was extremely happy!
(She looks a little crazy - just got up from her nap, and she always pulls her pig-tail's out!)

Three kids excited about the caterpillar...
...just shown in different ways!
McKennen helping Mary-Gail hold the caterpillar on a leaf

I found a teeny, tiny green caterpillar inching its way across the driveway. I showed McKennen and all the kids, and McKennen ran home to get a jar for the caterpillar to live in. She found some large leaves and a stick for the caterpillar's new home. All the kids wanted to hold and "love" the caterpillar, but Mary-Gail monopolized it and with McKennen's big-sister help, Mary-Gail got to "feed" the caterpillar leaves. (They just put the caterpillar on the leaf and let it inch across it. But they thought they were feeding it). Not sure if the caterpillar lived after we came inside for dinner...
