Monday night horsey rides

What is a blog with no pictures!!! Here are a few I'd like to share:
Heather & Kevin invited the Chrismans, Carly, & us up to their home in Lehi Monday night. On our drive to Lehi, Mary-Gail kept seeing horses off the freeway (she has eagle eyes) and would point them out to us. She had no idea that she would get to ride one!

Heather & Kevin had a cook out with hamburgers, hotdogs, all the fixin's, chips, and juice. After we ate, Kevin saddled up one of their horses for pony rides. This was such a wonderful evening - our girls did NOT want it to end, and I know it was the same with the Chrismans kidlets.

Rebecca sizing up Rowdy
(or is it the other way around?)
Reese was giving Rowdy kisses (she was soooo in her element)
CarCar was handing out carrots
Mary-Gail looks so miniature

Two little girls loving life and as happy as can be
Spotting airplanes
(JoJo & baby Taylor on the left)
Helping Cy feed Rowdy a carrot
Rebecca has resorted to eating her carrot
And so has Mary-Gail
Mary-Gail LOVED the horses - she let them take the carrots right from her fingers!

Rowdy getting a good sniff of Rebecca's shirt
(it's a pug dreaming of a cupcake)

Love the picture!

Kevin saddled up one of his horse, Sancho for the kids to ride. Kevin calls this horse: Sancho, the Red Burrito. Fun name for a horse

Heather helping Rebecca on the saddle
Heather's laughing because when she said, "Yee-haw!" Rebecca copied and said it too
Visiting the white horse named Clementine
One happy little girl!
Cy's turn
Mary-Gail's turn
Mary-Gail was practically doing the splits on the saddle
Horsey Rides are my favorite!!!
Sharing the saddle. It lasted about 30 seconds -
Rebecca wanted to ride by herself again

Rebecca was so upset that she had to let everyone else have a turn to ride Sancho. She kept saying, "my turn. my turn!" Prior to the last picture being snapped, Heather took Rebecca off the saddle, and Rebecca reached beyond Sancho for Kevin! It was such a tender moment. Kevin let Rebecca help him lead Sancho towards us.
